Sometimes we have same-day service available. Sometimes we are booked out 2-3 weeks.

Due to the fact that Deep Cleans and Construction Clean Ups are often schedule based,  we recommend booking your clean as soon as you know you will need one.


Good planning can help ensure your target date is available. 


If you are moving out, we recommend having your belongs packed & gone 2 days before your hard-out date and have us clean the day before you are supposed to turn in your keys.  This gives you a day to tie up any loose ends


If you are moving in we recommend giving us at least one full day on site before your movers arrive with your belongings, and if a contractor is involved, we suggest that you request the best date from them for booking the final cleanup.


If you are welcoming a baby, we recommend deep cleaning 3-4 weeks before your due date since babies can come early and you will want to have as much down time as possible the last few weeks of your pregnancy.


NOTE: If you have a home that is 3000 sq ft or more or has a lot of detail it may take our team 2 days or more to clean.


CANCELLATION & LOCKOUT POLICY

Please note that to help ensure crew retention,  if for any reason you cancel or reschedule your 1-time service within 5 business days or less prior to the service OR you cancel or reschedule your ongoing service within 48 hours or less prior to the service, or if we are unable to access the home upon arrival, are turned away at the door, there is no electricity or there is no water, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to 50% of the estimated service price will be due if we are unable to refill your scheduled slot with another job.  If the worker(s) are onsite and locked out, but then are able to gain access & provide the scheduled service, all lockout time will be billed at our hourly rate.  Workers have the right to leave if the lockout time reaches 15 minutes or more.

Items to consider adding in the SPECIAL NOTES field when requesting an estimate

  • Do you have more than 1 oven or kitchen?
  • Are there any areas you do not want cleaned or any tasks that you do not want done?
  • Is there mold, mildew, pest presence, biohazards (rodent presence, pet or human excrements or other body fluids) or any other detail we need to know about that will affect the cleaning service?
  • Will anyone be in the home that has a neuro diversity, medical concern or other personal need the we should be aware of during the cleaning service in order to provide the best experience possible?
  • Are you sensitive to scents?
  • Do you have louvered doors?
  • Since everyone has a different need for their clean, what level of clean would you say best fits what you are looking for? 

  1. As perfect/new looking as possible
  2. Really clean, but not worried about perfect.
  3. Just good enough to get my rent deposit back.
  4. A basic clean.  I'm not too worried about the tiny details.
  5. My home/life has a lot going on, and I want some improvement (old home, busy life, depression, mental or physical illness, lots of clutter, biohazards, etc.)
  6. OR: something else you can describe better.

  • Do you want to schedule any services with our vendor partners for carpet cleaning, power washing, or duct cleaning?  If so, we can share their contact info with you.
  • To book a service we will need a job address, so please consider including that information with your request.
