If you are ready to move in or out of a home, office or storage space, let us do the really dirty work. We provide deep clean services to reach the places you might have missed. If you are a tenant, we can work with most property managers to ensure you get your deposit back if your cleaning is for normal wear and tear or grime.

New Construction/Remodel Packages
Extra attention is needed after any type of construction.
We will help you get your space move-in ready. In addition to our standard deep cleans, our construction packages include:
- Cleaning sawdust/sheetrock dust off walls & trim
- Razoring the interior of your windows
- Notification of any punch list items we encounter as we clean with photos and location details
Ongoing Services (Maintenance Cleans)
Due to client requests, we are now offering ongoing services aka maintenance cleans.
We can service your home weekly, biweekly or every 4 weeks.
We strive to have teams of 2 workers or more per maintenance clean. We prefer that the same team of dedicated workers services our clients homes on a continuous basis to ensure continuity.
Factors that affect or ability to have the same workers onsite every week include illness, personal time & acts of god.

Film Set Pack In/Pack Out
We know how important it is to prep a set for your cast and crew, and how critical it is to leave a set in better condition than you found it when you wrap.
We will take continuity photos before anyone else touches the location when we do our initial pre-set cleaning and provide them to your location manager who can share them with any other crew members who will need them.
Once your project wraps and your location manager ensures the crew has left things how they found them, we will do a final post-set deep clean ensuring nothing was overlooked.
