We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP.

We collect limited personal information (such as your name, phone number, email, and service address) solely for the purpose of scheduling and providing cleaning services. Your data will never be sold or shared outside of the platforms we use to process payments, scheduling, or communication.

We want you to love your clean! If you are not satisfied with any area of your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return as early as our schedule allows to make it right at no additional cost.

Cancellation & Lockout Policy

To help ensure crew retention:

  • If you cancel or reschedule a one-time service within 5 business days or less prior to the service date, or cancel/reschedule an ongoing service within 48 hours or less, a cancellation fee will apply.
  • If our team is unable to access the home upon arrival, turned away at the door, or if there is no electricity or water, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to 50% of the estimated service price will be charged.
  • If workers are onsite and locked out but later gain access, lockout time will be billed at our hourly rate. Workers have the right to leave if lockout time exceeds 15 minutes.

Travel Radius & Trip Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept the following payment methods:


  • Zelle: DCACleaningOwner@gmail.com

(no fees)


  • ACH Bank Transfer: No fees to you; funds transfer securely and quickly


  • Venmo Business: @DCACleaningServicesLLC  

(1.9% processing fee applies)


  • Credit Card & PayPal: 2.9% processing fee applies


Please include applicable processing fees with your payment. $50 late fee per day applies after 48 hours from service completion.

Travel Radius & Trip Policy

To keep our services efficient and fair to both clients and staff, we have set the following travel guidelines:


- Service radius: Our standard service area covers locations within a 45 min drive of Clarkston, GA


- Trip Fee: For jobs located more than 45 mins away, a travel/trip fee will apply. This fee helps cover the additional time and expense of extended travel for our staff.


- Cleaner compensation: Cleaners begin clocking in once travel time exceeds 45 mins. Any drive time beyond the 45 min mark is considered paid work time & applies for the return home too. 


This policy ensures our team is compensated fairly for extended travel while still allowing us to serve clients outside of our core area.
