At Deep Clean Atlanta, we believe in transparency and want our clients to feel confident when booking with us. Please review the following policies that help us provide the best possible service.
Your privacy is important to us. Your phone number and personal information will only be used to send you updates, reminders, and communications related to your cleaning services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP.
We collect limited personal information (such as your name, phone number, email, and service address) solely for the purpose of scheduling and providing cleaning services. Your data will never be sold or shared outside of the platforms we use to process payments, scheduling, or communication.
We want you to love your clean! If you are not satisfied with any area of your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return as early as our schedule allows to make it right at no additional cost.
To help ensure crew retention:
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept the following payment methods:

(1.9% processing fee applies)
Please include applicable processing fees with your payment. $50 late fee per day applies after 48 hours from service completion.
To keep our services efficient and fair to both clients and staff, we have set the following travel guidelines:
- Service radius: Our standard service area covers locations within a 45 min drive of Clarkston, GA
- Trip Fee: For jobs located more than 45 mins away, a travel/trip fee will apply. This fee helps cover the additional time and expense of extended travel for our staff.
- Cleaner compensation: Cleaners begin clocking in once travel time exceeds 45 mins. Any drive time beyond the 45 min mark is considered paid work time & applies for the return home too.
This policy ensures our team is compensated fairly for extended travel while still allowing us to serve clients outside of our core area.
